2.What is the payment methods do you accept and is it safe?

3.How long is the shipping?(PROCESSING & SHIPPING)

The hair takes about 1 - 4 business days to prepare, if you need the order urgently, please contact us, we will do our best to ship earlier.

The order which shipped by DHL/UPS/FEDEX takes around 2-7 working days to reach your address normally.

4.How can i check my order status?


we will send you an order confirmation through email after you placed your order and will also send you a tracking number as soon as its dispatching. You also can login our website to check your order status.


5.Can I modify or cancel the order after placing?


Within 6 hours from ordering, order cancel is available. If out of 6 hours, we will not accept any order cancel. Modification on stock order is not acceptable. Modification on custom order in 12 hours after placing is free of charge; if out of 12 hours, it will charge on modification, and the detailed charge standard refers to the website clauses.
