What if I can't find the products on your website?
We are sure we have the poducts you need, but some of them are not on shelf, you can click HERE to contact us with your email and the products you need, we will reply you as soon as we sew your email.

How many days before shipping after I make payment?
We have some hair in stock, and some hair need to make textures after got payment, here listed most of the leadtime, please take a reference and place your order in time.

How many bundles of hair will I need for a full head?
Our bundles is 95-100grams each bundle, the shorter hair will has a longer weft, that means need less bundles.
Below list for your reference, if you like your hair very thick, can buy one more bundle.

Can they be straightened, curled?
Yes you could use hair straightener or hair curler. However, don't do it too frequently, or the heat will make the hair easily get dry and tangled, also you need to control the heat well make sure it will not damage the hair, please keep your iron teperature under 150°.

Can I dye/bleach the hair?
Yes. As a general rule, it is easier to darken the hair than lighter the hair. We recommend to dye darken, since dye light need more professional proceed in factory, if you need to do this, please contact us, just need to add little money to do so. Improper dying will ruin the hair.

What type of hair care products should I use?
1. Treat this hair just as if it was your own hair.
2. Use good quality shampoo and hair conditioner to care the hair. It's important to keep the hair soft and shiny.
3. You could use gel or spray styling products to keep the hair style, but wash the hair very clean after use it.
4. Olive oil will be a good choice to keep the hair healthy.

Why are my hair extensions getting tangled?
It could be caused by dry hair.
Please make sure to wash your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better.
Deep condition the hair, comb the tangle hair in the water, if still tangle, just cut the tangle ends, once take it out the water, do not comb it before dry; let the hair dry in air, use olive oil on the hair to keep it health and wet.
